Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: 28 April 2025 | Legacara Co., Ltd. | Bangkok, Thailand
1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the website at legacaradas.world and your participation in any educational programme or administrative service offered by Legacara Co., Ltd. ("Legacara", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered and operating in Bangkok, Thailand.
By visiting our website or enrolling in a programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If any part of these Terms is unclear or you would like to discuss them before proceeding, please contact us at [email protected].
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. Nature of Our Services
Legacara provides educational and administrative services to families and individuals. Our current programmes are:
- Family Legacy Storytelling Workshop — a memory and education service helping families capture and organise personal histories.
- Estate Records Organisation Toolkit — a guided administrative service supporting individuals in organising their own documents and records.
- Succession Literacy & Family Meeting Facilitation Program — an educational programme covering general succession and record-keeping concepts, supported by neutral facilitation of family discussions.
Important: Our programmes are educational and administrative in nature. They are not a substitute for legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Nothing delivered in any Legacara programme constitutes advice on your personal legal or financial situation. We encourage participants to seek qualified professional guidance for such matters.
3. Eligibility
Our services are available to adults aged 18 and over. Where a programme involves family participation, a responsible adult must register on behalf of the group.
By submitting an enquiry or enrolling in a programme, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Enrolment and Confirmation
Submitting an enquiry through our website does not constitute a confirmed enrolment. Enrolment is confirmed only after:
- A member of our team has responded to your enquiry and discussed the programme details with you;
- You have received a written confirmation email from Legacara; and
- Full payment has been received in accordance with our payment terms.
We reserve the right to decline any enquiry at our discretion. In such cases, no obligation arises on either side.
5. Fees and Payment

7. Intellectual Property
All materials provided as part of our programmes — including workbooks, prompt cards, templates, recording guides, and facilitation frameworks — are the intellectual property of Legacara Co., Ltd. and are made available for your personal, family use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publish any Legacara programme materials without our prior written permission. This does not affect your right to use the materials for the personal purposes for which they are provided.
8. Participant Responsibilities
To get the most from our programmes and to ensure a respectful environment for all participants, we ask that you:
- Participate in good faith and treat facilitators and fellow participants with consideration and respect.
- Provide accurate information during the enrolment process.
- Attend sessions at the agreed times and provide reasonable notice if you are unable to do so.
- Not record sessions without the prior written consent of all participants and Legacara.
Legacara reserves the right to withdraw any participant from a programme if their conduct materially disrupts the experience for others. In such circumstances, any refund entitlement will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Legacara's liability to any participant in connection with our programmes is limited to the total fees paid by that participant for the relevant programme.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential outcomes arising from participation in our programmes, including decisions made by participants on the basis of programme content. As noted in section 2, our services are educational and administrative; they are not professional advice, and decisions of a legal, financial, or personal nature remain entirely the responsibility of the participant.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other matter that cannot be excluded under Thai law.
10. Website Use
Our website is provided for general informational purposes. While we take care to keep content accurate and current, we do not warrant that the website is error-free or continuously available.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through mutual discussion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
We are always open to resolving concerns informally first. If you have a concern, please contact us directly — we will do our best to address it.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Continued use of our website or participation in our programmes after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
